Accessibility
Last updated October 6, 2026.
We want portalhound.com and the Portal Hound apps to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Images have text alternatives; form fields have labels; pages are marked up with headings in order.
- The site respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
Known limits
- The product video on the home page has music and on-screen text but no narration, and no audio description. Everything it shows is also described in text on the same page.
- On narrow screens, the top menu shows only the "Book a demo" button; the same links are in the page footer.
- The desktop apps haven't had a formal accessibility review yet.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site or in the apps is hard to use, email support@portalhound.com with the page or screen and what happened. We'll reply within five business days, and if we can't fix it quickly we'll help you get what you need another way.
